Thank you for choosing Miosotis Cosmetics — a mother–daughter, woman-owned skincare brand dedicated to creating natural, nourishing, and herbal-based products made with love and care. Every balm, oil, and tallow blend is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and effectiveness.
Because of the nature of our products, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every order. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
This policy ensures the integrity, hygiene, and safety of all our skincare products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right (see below).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at [insert customer service email] within 7 days of receiving your package.

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are approved only in special cases (such as products damaged during shipping or fulfillment errors).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us again.
4. Cancellations
Because we begin preparing your order shortly after it’s placed, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or modified.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once your order leaves our studio and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
