All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

3. Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments once they are dispatched.
5. Warm Weather Shipping
Because many of our products are made from natural oils and butters (like beef tallow and herbal infusions), they may soften or melt in warm weather.
We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it arrives. If your product softens, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate for a few minutes to restore its texture — this does not affect product quality.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Miosotis Cosmetics is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
